Heating checkup
Furnace or boiler inspected, cleaned and safety-checked in November or December. Every furnace tune-up is a 21-point inspection. We call you to book it.
Every spring
Cooling checkup
A 21-point AC inspection: coil cleaned, charge verified, condensate cleared so the AC survives the humid stretch in July.
Once a year
Plumbing once-over
Water heater, shutoffs, visible supply lines and drains, checked by a licensed plumber.

Base is $14.99 a month for one service category (heating, cooling or plumbing), Deluxe is $23 a month for two, and Premium is $30 a month for all three. Add-ons for extra equipment, a fuel oil deep clean, extra mini split heads or a plumbing inspection are billed monthly on top. There is no enrollment fee.
