Goodman furnaces carry a lifetime or 99-year heat exchanger warranty and 10 years on parts. Air conditioners and heat pumps get 10 years on parts, and the variable-speed models add 10 years of unit replacement. All of it depends on registering the unit online within 60 days of the install.

The GRVT96, at up to 97.5% AFUE on its best sizes. The GDVM97 and GRVM97 are modulating and run at 97%.
The GZV6S, GZV7S and GZV9S are cold-climate models. On the coldest nights a gas furnace can back them up.
